牛久シャトー醸造の白ワイン 「甲州2024」を新発売New release of white wine "Koshu 2024" brewed at Ushiku Chateau

牛久シャトー株式会社（茨城県牛久市、代表取締役：沼田和利）は、同社ワイナリーにおいて、日本遺産共同認定の山梨県甲州市で栽培されたブドウ品種「甲州」を使用した果実酒「甲州2024」を発売しますのでお知らせいたします。
同商品は2025年5月1日（木）より牛久シャトー ショップにて発売。
牛久シャトー レストランでも同日からご提供を開始します。
今回のワインも牛久シャトーワイナリースタッフが山梨県甲州市のブドウ栽培農家のブドウ畑に出向き、収穫したブドウを使用し、日本遺産の牛久シャトー ワイナリーで醸造した白ワイン。明治時代から日本のワイン文化の普及に貢献してきたふたつの街のワイン造りの歴史をもとに誕生したワインです。
販売予定数は1,800本限定。
「甲州(こうしゅう)2024」の特徴
１. 山梨県甲州市の葡萄畑で栽培、収穫された甲州を使用し、国指定重要文化財、日本遺産、近代化産業遺産の牛久シャトー ワイナリーで醸造されたワイン。
２． 甲州がもつ爽やかな酸味を楽しめる。
３． ほのかな甘みが口中に広がり心地よさを感じられる。

Ushiku Chateau Co., Ltd. (Ushiku City, Ibaraki Prefecture) is pleased to announce that its winery will be releasing "Koshu 2024," a fruit liquor made from the Koshu grape variety grown in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, which is a jointly certified Japan Heritage site.
The product will be available at the Ushiku Chateau Shop from Thursday, May 1, 2025.
It will also be available at the Ushiku Chateau Restaurant from the same day.
This white wine was also brewed at the Ushiku Chateau Winery, a Japanese Heritage site, using grapes harvested by Ushiku Chateau Winery staff who visited the vineyards of grape growers in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture. This wine was created based on the winemaking history of two cities that have contributed to the spread of Japanese wine culture since the Meiji era.
The planned number of bottles for sale is limited to 1,800.

1. This wine is made using Koshu grapes grown and harvested in the vineyards of Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and brewed at Ushiku Chateau Winery, an Important Cultural Property, Japan Heritage, and Heritage of Industrial Modernization.
